  • How can I save 30-70% on a Salesforce hire? That seems too good to be true.

  • Wait, how can you offer low cost recruiting? Is there a catch?
    Recruiting is a low 12% of first year base salary (vs. an industry standard 20%) when combined with our EOR (employer of record) services. That's it. What, then, is EOR and why does this matter? Employer of Record (EOR) services allow you to pay people compliantly worldwide. We own subsidiaries globally that act as the employer for people you want to hire and work remotely. We run payroll, deduct taxes and pay benefits so you don't have to. We do so compliantly and consistent with local labor laws, in the country of your choosing. The cost for this service (be it for an employee OR a contractor) is a fixed fee added to your monthly invoice, and is generally in the $400 USD/month range.
  • Aren't you just another Mason Frank?
    At first glance, one would think so. We appear to both recruit Salesforce talent, how much more is there? We're the younger, hungrier version that Mason Frank may have projected in the past. Our fully auditable (all recruitment activities are logged) methodology involves the following steps: HR screening interview (confirm candidate details, background, resume, English proficiency, salary) Reference checking Skills assessment (on platform testing module OR tester evaluation) Technical interview Resume and profile building Executive/management interview/assessment In addition, all of the interviews are recorded and available for review on-demand.
  • If you recruit globally, does that mean we'll get candidates from India? Brazil? The US?

  • What does your worldwide payroll compliance look like? How can we be sure we're following all labor laws?
    In all jurisdictions in which we operate, we use industry leading, national, accounting, attorney and payroll service firms that comply fully with all relevant labor laws. Clients are insulated from employment liability that may occur in countries we serve.
  • Do you support employees only? What about contractors?
    We support the hiring of employees and contractors, the Cosmogence platform supports both options. Your recruitment concierge can offer guidance related to the relative merits of each approach, informed by your given situation, candidates, region, hiring situation. etc.
